Returns/Exchanges

RETURN POLICY:

All of our products are made to order, which means we make it just for you when you place your order. For that reason, it is necessary for us to charge a restocking fee of 20% on any returns.   Please contact us within 5 days of delivery for return instructions. You will be responsible to pay to ship the item back to us. Feel free to contact us with any questions before ordering!

EXCHANGE POLICY:

All exchanges are treated as new orders. Customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.  You will need to place a new order for the size that you need. Return your original item to us following the instructions below and once this item is returned, your original order will be refunded (minus shipping).   Please note, if an item is returned to us but no replacement order has been placed, a 20% restocking fee will be applied before a refund is issued.

Please follow the instructions below for an easy return.  Failure to follow these instructions will delay your refund.

  1. Item must be in brand new condition with tags attached.
  2. Return the item to: Born Fabulous Boutique PO Box 8393, Turnersville, NJ 08012
  3. Item must be post marked within 7 days of delivery date.
  4. Please include order number with your return package.
  5. To help expedite your return, once your item has been delivered back to us, please email us at info@BornFabulousBoutique.com with your name and tracking number of return package.
  6. Please allow 7-14 days from the time your return is delivered for refund/exchange. 
  7. Please note, shipping charges will not be refunded.

EXCEPTIONS:

Clearance items are final sales.  Seasonal items cannot be returned within one week of the holiday or after the holiday.
